Purple Parking completes the acquisition of Travel Parking Group.

IAPA member Purple Parking have completed the acquisition of the market-leading Travel Parking Group.

This transaction will see Purple take over the distribution of all Travel Parking Group’s brands including Looking4Parking.com, Looking4Transfers.com and Stress Free Parking.

As Part of the acquisition Purple Parking will retain all of the existing directors and staff of Travel Parking Group, which specialises in airport parking and transfers across the world.

Travel Parking Group’s Commercial Director, Martin Mansell, will become the new Commercial Director of Purple Parking.

In a joint statement, Martin Mansell and Mark Hinge, Managing Director of Purple Parking commented: “We are delighted with the successful acquisition, which will enable us to grow our brands, not only in the UK but across the world. We believe that our new structure will enable us to provide a wider range of products for our existing customers and to expand quickly into new international markets ”.
