Biggest providers

IAPA members include some of the biggest airport-parking providers across the UK. Together, they manage more than 45,000 airport parking spaces and they park more than one million cars every year.

Code of conduct

All IAPA members follow our Code of Conduct, which ensures that you get high standards of service, approved parking facilities, accurate information and a clear complaint handling service if something goes wrong. Read the code here.

Secure car parks

IAPA members will only park your car on land that is authorised for airport car parking and has appropriate security. All car parks used by IAPA members have the Park Mark: Safer Parking Award, which is only given following a police inspection to ensure that the car park is properly managed and maintained.



All IAPA members are appropriately insured to cover you and your vehicle. That means that if the worst happens and your car is involved in an accident, you are covered for repairs.


Fully licensed

IAPA members guarantee that anyone who drives your vehicle, whether taking it to a car park or moving it during the car park rotation process, will have a full UK driving license.


Prompt pick-ups

For park-and-ride bookings, all IAPA members will aim to provide courtesy travel within 20 minutes of your arrival at the car park and within 20 minutes of you clearing customs.


Clear complaints process

If you are not happy with your service, all members of IAPA have a clear, published procedure for handling complaints, cancellations and refunds.
