Can I Cancel Airport Parking?

Yes, you can cancel your airport parking booking as long as you haven’t booked a lower cost non-flexible service, but check your operator's terms and conditions for specific details. Our advice is to cancel your booking in writing and at the earliest opportunity to avoid unnecessary charges.

Cancellation terms vary by company, meaning that you have to give notice periods and may face different charges depending on who you have booked with.

Here's a summary of the cancellation policies from IAPA members. Please see the operator's own terms and conditions for full details.

Airparks: Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before it starts for a full refund.

APH: Cancel a booking for any reason up to 24 hours before the parking period begins to receive a full refund. If you cancel after that time or do not turn up, you will be charged the full parking fee for the whole parking period. Cancellations or amendments cannot be accepted if you book a supersaver, saver or non-flexible parking product.

Cosmo Airport Parking: 'Flexible' bookings can be cancelled in advance for a full refund. Bookings made at special discounted rates cannot be amended or cancelled.

Flying Scot Edinburgh: Bookings must be cancelled more than seven days before the start date for a full refund, minus a £10 administration fee. Cancellations made within seven days or less of departure will be charged in full. All cancellations must be made in writing to the company by letter only (not by email).

I Love Meet & Greet: Full price bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked start time for a full refund to be made minus a £5 administration fee. Supersaver products are non-refundable although changes and cancellations can be made. If you fail to cancel a booking and the booking start time has passed, no refund will be given.

Maple Manor: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before their start time for a full refund, minus a £10 administration fee.

Secure Airparks: Bookings made at the Standard Rate can be cancelled and amended up to 24 hours before travel. No amendments or cancellations can be made after this time. No refunds will be made for cancellations to bookings made with the Early Bird discount.

Sentinel Car Park: Bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before they start for a full refund.

Tudor Rose: Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before they start for a full refund, less an administration charge of £10. Tudor Rose also offers Payment Protection for an extra charge, which guarantees a full refund if you miss your scheduled flight and so do not require parking.
